| The prices do not include:
- any additional beds that exceed the maximum number allowed for each apartment:
Extra Bed: Euro 50 per week
1. DURATION OF THE STAY: minimum one week from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. In the “very high season” minimum stay of two weeks.
2. TIMETABLE: the stay must start from 4.00 to 7.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and finish between 9.00 and 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you leave at any other time, the owner has the right to keep the sum provided for eventual damages caused to the apartment.

| 3. PEOPLE: the apartments can host only as many people as the number of beds available. Otherwise the owner can ask to respect the lease contract or to rescind it and consequently the client will lose the money already paid.
4. ANIMALS: no animal can be admitted unless previously agreed and as long as it does not cause any disturbance.
MOLVENO
The lake with its clear blue waters provides many opportunities: grassy beaches for sunbathing or playing with friends, isolated inlets for those who prefer privacy and peacefulness, small beaches perfect for fishing.
The more active can go sailing or hire a pedal boat, play tennis, volleyball, football, minigolf immersed in nature or go swimming in the heated waters of the olympic pool.
All these facilities are perfectly integrated in the surroundings and carefully respect the environmental harmony.
The more traditional can enjoy hiking along the lake or in the surrounding woods and meadows in a potpourri of colours and perfumes.
